1st class and well-maintained place, free parking, easygoing staff. Marvellous, particularly good location in centre of the town. Right by far enough to enjoy the country side, the golf course and the popular nearby beaches.

Friendly staff, but noisy nights

The Pineapple Hotel offered warm service from the staff.

Unfortunately, the hotel had significant noise issues during the night, largely due to poor sound insulation from the doors. This disrupted my sleep, and some amenities seemed dated .

The photos looked great, but the dirty room was a letdown.

The stay was short, just a night, but I enjoyed the room's spaciousness and the direct access to the pool—perfect for a quick dip. It was also great that there were plenty of dining options within walking distance nearby, making it convenient to find dinner around the area. The staff were helpful and accommodating, which was a pleasant surprise during the busy hours where they seemed to multitask quite well. it was good value for money, especially considering how clean and well-maintained everything was.

The pool area lacked sufficient sunbeds, and the absence of cushions made lounging uncomfortable. Coffee at breakfast was just instant, disappointing for anyone looking for a decent brew. The bathroom had significant issues with water pressure from the tap, and some rooms showed signs of neglect, like mould on the walls and poorly maintained fixtures. Breakfast options were limited to poorly cooked fried eggs, and you had to walk a decent distance to find decent food outside of breakfast hours. It feels more like a budget hostel rather than a four-star accommodation.

The staff were helpful and addressed our needs promptly. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. Enjoyed the blissful outdoor swimming pool and peaceful garden area.

It was a bit distant from the main attractions, and dining options nearby were limited. A little more variety at breakfast would have been appreciated.

Cozy stay with great service

We stayed here for 4 nights and found the room comfy and spacious. The balcony was nice for chilling out and people-watching. The staff always went out of their way to help us. Just wish the breakfast options were a bit more varied.

The outdoor swimming pool stands out. The proximity to a 7 Eleven was convenient for quick snacks. There were issues with dated furnishings, and a blocked toilet at check-in accompanied by an unhelpful staff interaction left a sour note. The limited breakfast options could use some variety to enhance the dining experience.

Just a perfect match for a weekend rest in Krabi with real value for money. I enjoyed the spacious room and the refreshing outdoor swimming pool after a long day exploring. Consider checking the pool hours as it can get busy in the afternoons.
